Dear 4th of July, you really rocked my world. But you also made me realize how I'm no longer able to party like I once used to. My body is still recovering.

Dear work, thanks for not only letting me have the 4th off and get paid for it, but thank you for letting me leave at 2pm the day before (just because you rock!) Dear my Bauhaus fam, although we don't all live in the same building anymore, thanks for being my second family and always make me laugh hysterically anytime I'm around you three!

Dear 100 degree summer heat, I love the heat, I really do. But I would appreciate not dripping sweat everytime I step out of my home, work, or car. Let's compromise and be 80 degrees. Just a suggestion! Dear Bell and Zo Zo, I missed you so much last weekend while your mommy and daddy got their party on. Although I know you two had a blast at your grandparents!

Dear Andrew, I'm very much looking forward to our roadtrip to Iowa to watch Danny and Sarah get married. It'll be a nice break having it be just the two of us... getting away for the weekend, staying in a hotel, enjoying each other, and just celebrating love. :)

Dear Andrew, I'm legit impressed by your grilling skills. Coming home to a meal already made was an exceptional treat. And it was good...like...really good. Feel free to make this a regular activity babe! Dear clients, that you for being so responsive this week and being excited to work with me. It's such a great feeling! Dear Bella and Zoë, I think it's time to install a video camera in our home, because no matter how well I pick up my clothes, you guys somehow manage to hoard my clothes to sleep with them. It's very sweet that you want my scent near you, but I don't necessarily enjoying having to dig through the bed and blankets to find them. Dear Emily Maynard, can I just please be you? Dear bruises all over my body, please go away!! You're ugly and are unnecessarily showing up when you shouldn't. Dear my manager, thanks for being a really awesome guy and helping me out. It's so nice working for great people! Dear Wisconsin, I'll be joining you tomorrow to celebrate the birthday of my wonderful momma and celebrate my papa being an awesome dad for Father's Day!
